How to integrate with Fathom
- Log in to SecondBody Go to your SecondBody workspace and navigate to Settings → Integrations.
- Select Fathom From the integrations list, click Connect Fathom.
- Authenticate Fathom
- You’ll be redirected to Fathom. Sign in with your Fathom account and approve permissions to share call recordings and transcripts with SecondBody.
- Choose Sync Settings
- Select which calls, teams, or workspaces you want to sync. You can also decide if objections should be pulled automatically or manually tagged for training.
- Confirm & Finish Once connected, SecondBody will automatically surface real objections captured in Fathom as practice scenarios for your reps.
